Refund Processing:
When refunding an item, Route covers the cost of the item(s) alone when approved.
In both cases, shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.
Reorder Processing:
Route will reorder the items and will cover the cost of the item(s). Every reorder placed through Route will also be covered by Route Package Protection in the case of lost, stolen, or damaged items.
