My Necklace Is Tangled. How Do I Untangle It?Updated 7 months ago

To prevent tangling your chains:

• Close the clasps on your chains before storing them away.
• Store them in a smaller space (like our tarnish-free bag included with your purchase). The less space it has to tangle, the better!
• When layering, put your longer pieces on first. 

If your Jewelry is tangled:

• Never Pull!
• Gently jiggle the chain around to loosen entanglements. 
• Use a tool with a fine point (i.e. a hairpin, tweezers, etc.) to lightly separate knots to untangle chains.
