To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal.
Once directed to our Return Portal, you will be prompted to provide your order number/ID & zip postal code.
You may then choose to submit your return for either a full refund or store credit.
Once your return form is completed, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to your email.
When we receive your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation with your return details & the compensation of your choice.
